If you have many products or ads, After three months, siphon the clarified wine off the sediment and into clean, sanitized bottles and cork them. Then, add the sugar solution to your bottling bucket and rack the cider on top of the sugar. Allow the wine to condition in the demijohn for 3 4 months racking to a sanitised carboy once or twice after sediment builds up. Top up with wine again. strain the pulp, add more boiled sugar and water to the wine, and leave it to sit for another 3 days. Flavor improves up to a year.
